Our Vision
The vision of CEO - Risk Management is to embrace the decisions made and build risk models that ensure success of the program through the following three initiatives:
Strategically, it is our vision to integrate risk management planning in all facets of public policy. The planning incorporates the acceptance of the risk tolerance established by the policy while building strategic initiatives to counter, lessen and remove the policy’s inherent risk.
Financially, the decisions made in the planning stages will lower the cost of risk through risk financing that incorporates funding, transfer and allocation models that provides maximum protection with minimal downside risk.
Operationally, it is our vision that the County as a whole be coordinated through a policy driven and consolidated risk management plan that incorporates loss control, risk financing and enterprise risk solutions.
