Model Safety Programs

Manager Safety Models are intended to serve as stand-alone documents and/or templates for any Department to use. Many of these documents must be modified to meet the specific needs of the individual Department. Documents have been prepared to address concerns for the most common applications based on regulatory requirements in place when the documents were prepared.

Every effort will be made to update these documents when regulations change. Some Departments will need more extensive programs based on the details of their operations. The staff of the Loss Control and Prevention Section are available to provide assistance in the development and implementation of any programs.

Implementation and development of all programs remains the responsibility of the individual Departments. These documents are intended to provide assistance.
